Michael is a registered US attorney, US patent attorney and Australian
patent attorney. He has over 20 years experience covering all matters
relating to the legal protection and commercial exploitation of
intellectual property in the US and Australian markets.
Michael also holds an Engineering Science degree from The Johns Hopkins
University (Mechanics and Materials Science 1979) and a Doctoral degree
in law (Univ. of Baltimore JD 1986). |

he has lived in Sydney for the past 19 years. Michael is strongly
committed to building licensing and export opportunities for
Australians and is also an active member of the NSW Committee of the
Licensing Executive Society. |
Jim
Vincent
Jim is a technical assistant to Molins
& Co. and an outstanding specialist in the drafting of technical
documents. His particular specialty is information technology. He
conducts "idea harvest" sessions for technology companies. Jim's
harvests bring him into contact with engineers, programmers, and other
technical specialists for the purpose of capturing and pursuing
patentable ideas.
Jim is also an inventor and has had
five patents awarded for his work in Office Products while with IBM.
During a 30-year tenure with IBM he earned a Ninth-level Patent
Achievement Award and an Outstanding Technical Achievement Award. His
work at IBM alone included drafting over 200 patent disclosures. Jim is
a programmer, designer, architect, and strategist for IBM software
products. One of his patents was featured in the New York Times
"Patents to Note" column.
He is experienced in the programming
languages of COBOL, FORTRAN, BASIC and Visual Basic, C and C++,
Smalltalk, REXX and Object REXX, APL, Pascal, and various assembly
languages.
